City Lights Glamping is a boutique event and rental company that brings the comfort and style of luxury camping to your backyard, celebration, or special event. You will need a relatively flat and even surface for the tent. Grass is preferred, but other natural surfaces will work. The area should be free of rocks, stumps, large sticks, and other materials that may puncture the floor of the tent. We discourage choosing an area under tree branches.
The tent needs an area with a diameter of about 24 feet.
The Queen bed comfortably accommodates two, while the Twin beds each accommodate one. That's a maximum of 4 people in beds. If you don't mind getting cozy and sleeping on the floor of the tent, you can certainly accommodate additional adults and little ones in the tent!
For stability and safety, it is best for the tent to be staked into a natural surface (e.g., grass, mulch, soil, etc.). We may be able to set up on decks, patios, driveways, and other non-natural surfaces. Please contact us to discuss your project.
We provide everything that is needed for a comfortable glamping experience. Please view the Packages page to learn more about our various City Lights Glamping packages.
All you need to do is show us where you’d like the tent, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our City Lights Glamping team brings everything to you, handles the setup, and makes sure you’re comfortable with the placement before we begin. Setup for one tent usually takes about an hour.
When your reservation ends, we’ll return to pack everything up. Takedown for one tent typically takes about 45 minutes, and we’ll leave the space just as we found it.
We will provide a custom quote for your Delivery & setup depending on the location of the glamping site.
